POLICIES

ARRIVAL. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check -in, relax and prepare for your visit. If you should arrive late, your treatment will end as previously scheduled to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. For the relaxation of all our guests, Oasis is a cell phone and pager free environment.

CANCELLATION. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled service(s). All spa services and packages require a credit card or prepayment to hold appointment.

SPA ATTIRE. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort during your visit

RECOMMENDATIONS. When scheduling your appointment, please let us know if you have a gender preference for your therapist.Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services. Please inform the therapist of any conditions or medications prior to treatment. Children are welcome onlyif they have a scheduled, age specific appointment.

SERVICE GRATUITY. Gratuities are not included in pricing, and are given at your discretion. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary. A 20% gratuity will be applied to groups of three or more.

GIFT CARDS. Gift cards for all services are available in any denomination. Additional value may be added to the gift card at any time. Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Non-refundable.
